Easter homework

• Remember you have a composition to hand in (see post below). Use this template.

• Catch up on your blogwork. If you can't remember what is due, check out the label "blogwork" on Our Own Blog. One of the tasks under the label "blogwork" is related to the book club. Some of you have read a lot of books from our class library. However, I only have one review from most of you. Please write at least another book review and post it on your blog, following the directions in the post.

• Grammar Review:Here's a compilation of all the English Grammar in Use units that cover the grammar points we've worked with in the past two files.

 Suggestions for those of you who have already been doing the units throughout the course:

 - Do the additional exercises that go with each of the units, starting on page 302.
 - Do some extra work on phrasal verbs: units 136 to 145.
 - Revise Appendixes 1-7 (pp 292-300). This will be particularly useful to clarify fuzzy areas.
 - If you didn't do the Christmas homework on prepositions, you'll probably still be having lots of problems with them. Remember: 119-136. By the end of the year, nearly all of this book will have been covered.
